Diane (IA): own group= faith-based, pilot site for Div Task Force.

Misty (GA): GREAT re: humility and diversity, learning from Paul Farmer
re: learning from people. Awesome to be holistic.
Lisa (IN): from Faith in Action perspective, comprehensive diversity
focus touches on all efforts, leverage for grant funding or joint
training by being holistic.
Jos (IA): echo Lisa re: comprehensive approach, areas of synergy.
Monica (NC): as pilot reaching out to diverse ethnic & socio-economic
communities, area has lots of diversity and group wanted bigger focus
than narrow focus on ethnic diversity. Share strategies, training,
address misunderstandings. Meredith: happy to all come together, see
need to still gather in subgroupS (ex.
Michael (DC): easier to do outreach if learning from each other, happy
to add.
Ben (DC): seminary grad, stronger when come together and understand
perspectives, esp when people in more than 1 community.
Crickett (DC): young staff who came to RES through Methodist pgm, come
from diff backgrounds & great to know where others come from.
